Al-Baseerah Saturday School Registration & Payment Information (2025–2026)
- Fees: $590 per child (includes registration, tuition, and books)
- School fees cover the full academic year (September 2025 – May 2026), including:
- Registration
- Books
- Tuition
- Fees do not cover:
- School supplies
- Snacks or lunch
- Lunch, snacks, and drinks will be available for sale to students during school hours.

- Payments can be made in person on the day of registration, or sent via Zelle in advance, or by credit card.
- Pre-Kindergarten students must be 4 years old on or before October 15, 2025. Al Baseerah Academy Admin may request a birth certificate.
- Tuition is due at the time of registration. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No credits or refunds will be issued for absences, withdrawals, or early dismissals once a session has begun.
Refund Policy
Registration Fee: Non-refundable after August 30, 2025
Tuition Fees
- 100% refundable until September 6, 2025
- Prorated refund (based on tuition only, 75%) for withdrawals made between September 7 and 20.
- Prorated refund of 60% of tuition for withdrawals after September 20.
- No refunds for tuition after October 15, 2025

Al Baseerah Academy is a non-profit organization (NFP) 501(c)(3), and all payments directly support the school and your child’s education. Donations are greatly appreciated and can be included with your payment.
